Hello to all our Lake People Community
Over the past several months, our families have experienced both loss and important life events that required our full attention and care. We chose to limit some things with our Lake People Boatique and focus on those who needed us and who we love the most...our families. Although it hasn't been an easy season, we have been reminded how important family, friends, community, and meaningful connections really are. As with our Lake People Community, this is what we are all about. So here we are ready to reconnect and connect with all those who love the lake lifestyle and who call themselves Lake People, Lake Kids, and Lake Dogs!
After all, the lake is all about family, friends, making memories, good food, good wine, and good beer! Many of you are like us, the memories at the lake span several generations. When my grandkids were little and came to visit at the lake, we had a tradition at evening mealtime we called "High, Low". We went around the table, and each person told their "High" of the day and the "Low" of the day. When granddaughter, Claire, was only two, her high and low were always the same. She would say that my "high" is getting to see Amma and Papa and her "low" was getting to see Amma and Papa. She was not quite able to understand the concept at that age, but it is one of our favorite memories. The season is here and the time is now to make new memories.
We look forward to meeting more of you and to getting to hear your ideas, suggestions, and input for our lake community. Let us all be in the moment and enjoy all the celebrations and just enjoy "Loving Lake Life"!
From Our Lake to Yours,
Elisa and Sandy
